This is a really pretty screwdriver. Pray tell, where did you obtain that blue lens?

:D The blue gem is what saves it. Without it, it would look too much like a mini lightsaber.
Thank you!!! :)

lol, sorry, I seen this one that stole my heart. I even bought a DIY kit from the designer but I'm too scared to build it right now XP

Soon. I may be able to lower the price if i can streamline the build time and lower it to a day or two. I'd ideally like them to cost less than a hundred.

Oh, it's all good. I honestly don't mind if you voted or not.
and that is really awesome! how'd you manage that?

I'm trying to get a job, but we're also trying to move out of town so it's a little conflicted at the moment. Once I get a job I'll look into it though because I quite like yours.

I asked him for it. XD I paid him to pick up the parts he used and mark where to cut them and such then ship them to me. I plan to do a few things differently. He used clock gears that actually mesh, and move with a ticking movement. I'm not into clock gears as an aesthetic though that was incredibly impressive. Not to mention the simplicity of the design and having a working slider. Really nice. I'll be replacing the clock gears though for something else.

Don't worry, the longer it takes the more time that goes by and the more likely I'll get it worked out so don't rush cause I'm not. XD

wait is that the one that resembled 10's but was different enough to be his own? with the gears in the acrylic rod? That was a nice one

I think it was entry 31...I kinda forget but it was copper and black with clock gears inside. He used cut down copper pipe and pipe connectors for it with PVC tubing and the lens was one of those glass marble blobs they use for fish tanks. I'm still working out how I want to assemble the slider and switch though. It was so simple and understated a design. I just really dug the look.
